Sister Cities of Franklin and Williamson County, O’More College of Design and WCCAC join forces to produce the Celebration of Nations featuring multi-cultural performances, music, singing and dancing. WCCAC sponsors an international art exhibition and facilitates painting a Collaborative Community mural presented to the college president Dr. Hilliard, at the end of the event.
