The Williamson County Cultural Arts Commission exists to promote, encourage, educate and advocate the cultural arts in Williamson County of Tennessee. The Williamson County Cultural Arts Commission in collaboration with the Williamson County Public Library inaugurated the “Window of Art" Mural.  A collaborative work of 24 area artists from all ages is now on display at  the Children's  Department of the Main Library on Columbia Ave. in Franklin.
