Is a Continuing series of Collaborative Community Art programming sponsored by WCCAC, Williamson County Library System and Full Circle Art group with the help of “Arts Build Communities” program funded by the Tennessee General Assembly and administered in cooperation with the Tennessee Arts Commission and The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee .

Area Visual Artists collaborate creating colorful murals on clear Plexiglas for display throughout Williamson County Libraries Children's department.
